Hall v. Excelsior Steam Laundry Co.

We have read and reread the testimony in this case and tried our best to get from it and the plat to which much of it refers a sufficiently clear understanding qf the crucial facts to enable us to dispose of it on the present record, but all to no avail.

One of the witnesses locates the cars on the' plat by the letters W and X. We find what appears to be a W but are not sure whether it is or not. We find several crosses which ' may have been intended for X’s but do not know which, if any of them, is the X meant by the witness.
