BISSELL, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff Daewoo International (America) Corp.’s (“Daewoo’s”) motion for summary judgment against defendants Wice Marine Services, Ltd. (‘Wice”) and Round-the-World (U.S.A.) Corp. (“RTW”) and on those defendants’ cross-motions for summary judgment against plaintiff. On February 6, 1997, plaintiff Daewoo filed two admiralty actions, one against defendants Sea-Land Orient, Ltd., Sea-Land Service, Inc. and Wice, and the other against defendants RTW, Evergreen Lines, Inc. and Evergreen Marine Corp.
