Seashore Villa Ass'n v. Hagglund Family Ltd. Partnership

¶1 Hagglund Family Limited Partnership; the Salvation Army; PCF Management Services Inc.; and Emerald Properties LLC, d/b/a Seashore Villa Mobile Home Park (collectively Park) appeal the trial court’s issuance of a permanent injunction enjoining the Park from transferring to its tenants the responsibility of maintaining the carports and storage sheds the park owner constructed on its tenants’ lots.
