Eldred, District Judge.

In this case the appellants are seeking to enjoin the appellees from levying certain special assessments on lands owned by them, and from issuing and disposing of certain paving bends, for an indebtedness incurred in paving district No. 17 of the city of Alma. On trial in. district court, *159decree was entered in favor of defendants. Plaintiff and intervener appealed.
