Defendants-appellants Anthony and Cheryl Pipito (hereinafter Anthony and Cheryl) appeal their convictions on various drug charges. Anthony was convicted by a jury of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise (21 U.S.C. § 848), possession with intent to distribute cocaine (21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1)), interstate travel to facilitate an unlawful activity (18 U.S.C. § 1952), and utilizing a telephone to facilitate an underlying cocaine conspiracy (21 U.S.C. § 843(b)).
