Pro se appellant Troy Reese appeals the District Court's order dismissing his petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 . Reese, who is awaiting criminal trial in federal court, raised claims challenging the evidence supporting the charges against him, the conduct of the law-enforcement officers who arrested and interrogated him, and the District Court's refusal to release him pending trial.
