BRADLEY, Judge.

The appeal is from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division, awarding damages in the amount of $5,000 to appellees. The action was commenced when appellees-plaintiffs filed a five count complaint against appellant-defendant and others seeking recovery for work performed in drafting certain documents to implement an agreement for the financing of an existing business.
