This case involves professional malpractice, fraudulent concealment and fraudulent misrepresentation. Nerco Minerals Company and Nerco Delamar Company (collectively “Nerco”) appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Morrison Knudsen Corporation and Morrison Knudsen Engineers, Inc. (collectively “MK”), in an action by Nerco alleging, inter alia, breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and fraudulent concealment by MK.
