Plaintiff Janice Hustvet brings discrimination, unlawful inquiry, and retaliation claims against Defendant Allina Health System under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and the Minnesota Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), primarily arising from Allina's decision to terminate Hustvet for failing to fulfill a job requirement that she have immunity to rubella.
