This is a suit for an injunction and for damages, brought by General Electric Company, a corporation, as plaintiff, against Bolla H. Wahle, dba B. H. Wahle *305Co., as defendant. Defendant’s general demurrer to plaintiff’s amended complaint was sustained. Plaintiff refused to plead further, and a decree was entered dismissing the suit. Plaintiff appeals.
