Robert B. and Barbara Cogan, third-party defendants and third-party plaintiffs-appellants, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding them liable on the claim of defendants and third-party plaintiffs-appellees, Walter T. and Carol Bland, and denying them recovery against any of the appellees.
