Duramed Pharmaceuticals appeals a decision of the district court confirming a $68 million arbitration award against it in favor of Solvay Pharmaceuticals. We affirm.

In October 1999, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (“Solvay”) and Duramed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (“Duramed”) executed a series of related agreements, laying the groundwork for what each hoped would be a long relationship between the two companies.
