Plaintiff Christine Bond (“Plaintiff’ or “Bond”) brings the instant action against defendants Sterling, Inc., Kay Jewelers, Inc., and Sterling Jewelers, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”), her former employers, alleging sex and pregnancy-based discrimination in violation of N.Y. Exec.
