STAPLETON, District Judge.

This is an action for violation of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq.) arising out of a loan transaction between plaintiffs Paul and Goldie Cadmus and defendant Commercial Credit Plan, Inc. of Georgetown, Delaware. Plaintiffs allege numerous violations of the Act and regulations issued pursuant to that Act by the Federal Reserve Board (hereinafter referred to as Regulation Z).
