Arthur L. Fritsche, the employee for whose death compensation is sought in this case, was the night manager of Stenton Garage located on the northeast corner of Eastburn Street and Stenton Avenue in the City of Philadelphia. It fronts 110 feet on the avenue, with an office about midway and large doors north and south thereof. Stenton Avenue is 36 feet wide from curb to curb.
