Annie Wiles was awarded compensation by the referee for-the death of her son, William, who was employed by American Oil Company as an attendant at its gasoline filling station on Main Street, Sharps-burg Borough. The award was sustained by the board and the court below. Defendant and its insurance carrier brought this appeal.
