MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

This matter is before the court upon the complaint of Barbara Daviau to have a debt owed to her excepted from the effect of a discharge in bankruptcy under § 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. § 523, as amended.
