OPINION
ROSEMARY GAMBARDELLA, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter presently before the court is a complaint filed by Mary Ellen MacDonald (plaintiff) to determine the dischargeability of certain debts of the debtor, Warren F. MacDonald, Jr. (debtor) under 11 U.S.C. § 523.
The issue before this court is whether the debtor’s agreement to indemnify and to hold the plaintiff harmless on account of certain joint obligations set forth in the parties’ Property Settlement Agreement is “in the nature of alimony, maintenance, or support” within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5), and accordingly…
