ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
MANOS, District Judge.
On Friday, May 6, 1977 this Court conducted a hearing in chambers, at which all parties were represented by counsel, and the Court heard argument on Dr. Crews’ Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order filed on May 5, 1977. Mr. Timothy E. Levstik, the individual appointed by the Common Pleas Court of Lake County to act as a receiver for Radio 1330, Incorporated, appeared in person.
