This was an action to recover the possession of certain personal property.

The action of the court below in overruling the defendant’s demurrer to the complaint presents the only question to be considered. The complaint alleges, inter alia, “that on the 18th day of October, A. D. 1880, at the county of Jefferson, in the said state of Colorado, she was entitled to the possession of the following goods and chattels, of the value of $225, to wit: One roan mare, one black mare, and one platform wagon.”
