The issue raised in this joint appeal from 111 separate judgments of strict foreclosure is whether the trial court, on remand from this court; Danbury v. Dana Investment Corp., 249 Conn. 1, 31, 730 A.2d 1129 (1999); properly awarded sheriffs fees where the party requesting those fees failed to present any evidence to support its request.
