OPINION
MATTHEWS, Chief Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
A contractor was sued by a homeowner when an improperly constructed curtain drain failed and caused a septic system to stop functioning. The system and the drain were constructed by a subcontractor. The question presented is whether the contractor’s comprehensive general liability policy covered the suit. The superior court concluded that there was no coverage and granted summary judgment to the insurer.
