Appeal by the plaintiffs, in an action of replevin commenced September 21, 1908, from an order of the district court of the county of Jackson denying the plaintiffs’ motion, made after verdict for defendant, for a new trial. The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs were the owners of, and entitled to the possession of, the personal property described therein, the value of the property, and that the defendant was in possession thereof, and unlawfully detained it from the plaintiffs.
