Plaintiff filed suit to recover no-fault benefits pursuant to MCL 500.3106; MSA 24.13106 from either or both defendant insurers for a myocardial infarction sustained by plaintiff on September 3, 1981. Defendants filed motions for summary judgment under GCR 1963, 117.2(1). On June 6, 1983, the trial court entered orders granting summary judgment to both defendants. Plaintiff appeals as of right.
