Plaintiff sought to recover no-fault personal injury protection benefits (PIP) from defendant insurer following her husband’s death in his automobile. MCL 500.3105; MSA 24.13105 pro*780vides that an insurer is liable to pay PIP benefits for accidental bodily injury arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle as a motor vehicle. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant. The issue presented to this Court on appeal is whether death due to heart failure caused by inhalation of toxic fumes emitted by a herbicide being transported by plaintiffs…
