This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ amended complaint for asserted invasion of plaintiffs ’ common-law copyright, and for unfair competition.
Plaintiffs designed and built approximately 1,435 “tract homes” in five different subdivisions between the spring of 1957 and the date of trial of this action. These houses were built in accordance with plans and specifications developed by plaintiffs.
