HEANEY, Circuit Judge.
Nucor Corporation appeals from the denial by the District Court of its re quest that the defendants be enjoined from using construction plans allegedly copied from plans drawn by Nucor. Nu-cor also sought the return of the original plans and other property taken by the defendants White and Munn without permission. The trial court, D.C., 339 F.Supp. 1305, denied the plaintiff’s requests for relief, with one exception. It required Munn to return certain property to the plaintiff. 1 We affirm with respect to the latter issue, but otherwise reverse.
