The Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, initiated this action on September 12, 2005, with the filing of a seven count Complaint alleging numerous violations of his constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Each Defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment on all claims. (Docs.91, 92, 95, 96, 97). The Plaintiff has filed a response in opposition to each motion, along with supporting affidavits and other evidence. (Does.106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112).
