Appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to the plaintiff’s complaint.
The plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling lumber at the city of Winona, that being its principal place of business, and where its sawmills, factories, and its offices are located and its entire manufacturing business and selling of such manufactured product are done.
