In this declaratory relief action following summary judgment in favor of plaintiff Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers), defendant Maurice Bouzer appeals.

The terms of Bouzer’s policy of automobile liability insurance with Travelers included, as the law of the State of California requires, “uninsured motorist” coverage.
