OPINION ON REHEARING

FITZGERALD, Justice.

We grant appellant’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our October 30, 2000 opinion, and vacate the October 80, 2000 judgment. The following is now the opinion of the Court.

Sandra M. Lection appeals the take-nothing summary judgment rendered against her in her suit for medical malpractice against Louis Dyll, M.D. This case was heard in the trial court by Judge Sheehan sitting for Judge Anne Ashby.
