Trusty and his wife, Christine Trusty (collectively, Trusty), 1 appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Dr. John Strayhorn and Texarkana Memorial Hospital, d/b/a Wadley Regional Medical Center (Wadley). 2 Trusty sued Stray-horn and Wadley alleging that Strayhorn, with the assistance of employees or agents of Wadley, negligently performed a heart catheterization procedure on Jodie Trusty, causing median nerve damage to his left side.
