OPINION RE: CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO APPROVE SETTLEMENTS WITH DEBTOR AND WITH HELEN LEVINE

Stuart A. Gold (“Chapter 7 Trustee”) requests that this court approve a settlement he has reached with Debtor and Debtor’s former wife, Helen Levine. The settlement relates to the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to Debtor’s discharge and to various transfers which Helen Levine had received from Debtor.
