OPINION
CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 debtors, Wayne Allen and Michel Jo Kallstrom (collectively, the “Debtors”), and creditor Bank One (Bank) jointly appeal an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma refusing to approve their settlement of an adversary proceeding commenced pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a). 1 For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM.
