Debtor, Francis X. Wazeter, III, appeals the decision of the bankruptcy court denying his discharge, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3). I reverse.
BACKGROUND
On July 27, 1995, debtor Francis Wazeter, III (“debtor” or ‘Wazeter”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On December 15, 1995, Michigan National Bank (“MNB”) filed a complaint objecting to Wazeter’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523 and 727.
