In the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, a jury convicted Clarence Henry, Petitioner, of (1) the second degree murder of William Curry, who was the “intended victim” of Petitioner’s senseless violence, (2) the second degree murder of Deana Bell, who was an “unintended victim” of that violence, (3) use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence against Mr. Curry, and (4) use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence against Ms. Bell.
