Appellee, having recovered certain judgments against appellant Jacob F. Stoner, upon which executions were returned unsatisfied, commenced this suit against appellants to set aside as fraudulent a Conveyance of real estate from Jacob F. Stoner to his wife and coappellant, Laura Etta Stoner, and to subject the real estate to the payment of the judgments. To the complaint, the defendants each answered by denial.
