The plaintiffs, Paul A. English, Arthur English, and Otto B. English, who for convenience will be called the English brothers, brought this suit in December, 1912, as judgment creditors of Charles B. Brown, deceased, against Ella Wyman Brown and the United States Gypsum Company. Thereafter Ella Wyman Brown, as administratrix with the 'will annexed of Charles B.^ Brown, deceased, was added as a defendant. The purpose of the suit is to set aside transfers of certain stock in the United States Gypsum Company, made by the decedent, Charles B. Brown, to his wife, Ella Wyman…
