On February 25, 1985, I allowed Plaintiff’s Motion To Compel Discovery Pursuant To Fed.R.Civ.P. 37 (# 22) to the extent that I issued an Order, pursuant to Rule 37(a)(2), F.R.Civ.P., requiring the defendant’s witnesses whom the plaintiff was deposing to answer the questions put to them at their depositions which they had refused to answer on instructions from defendant’s counsel.
