MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
FLOYD, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is a products liability case. Defendant asserts that this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1446(a) and 1332, while Plaintiff claims that the Court lacks jurisdiction because of improper removal. Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs motion to remand to state court and Defendant’s motion to vacate an entry of default and to vacate an order of reference and unliquidated damages hearing.
