MEMORANDUM OPINION
CONRAD, District Judge.
Sayre Enterprises, Inc. (“Sayre”) brings this action against Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”), alleging that the defendant breached an insurance policy. Jurisdiction is premised on diversity of citizenship. See 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). The case was filed in the Circuit Court for Augusta County on April 12, 2006. On May 9, 2006, the defendant removed the case to this court. The case is currently before the court on the plaintiffs motion to remand. For the reasons stated in this Memorandum Opinion, the court will deny the plaintiffs motion to remand.
