QUACKENBUSH, District Judge:

The United States Parole Commission revoked Vanes’ parole by reason of excessive use of alcohol. The Commission also ordered that he forfeit his forty-five (45) months of parole “street time” based upon his conviction of driving while impaired (DWI) some twenty (20) months before the revocation. Vanes filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus which the district court denied. We affirm the district court’s denial of that portion of the writ which challenged the adequacy of the grounds for revocation, but reverse as to appellant’s loss of “street time,” since the…
