Seymour Kloner appeals from an order entered on September 22, 1975, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, by Judge Leo F. Rayfiel, denying three consolidated post-conviction applications for habeas corpus relief sought pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The applications specifically challenge (1) the validity of appellant’s plea of guilty to one count of bank larceny, 18 U.S.C. § 2113(b), (2) the conditions of his incarceration at the Queens House of Detention, and a state facility, prior to his removal to federal facilities, and…
