This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a decree of the circuit court which held that (1) a document, contractual in form, quoted in the complaint and constituting the basis of the plaintiffs’ suit, was not “a completed contract,” that it did “not constitute a meeting of the minds” of the parties, and that defendant was not bound by it; (2) the paper just mentioned conferred no lien in favor of the plaintiffs upon any property owned by the defendant; (3) a sum of $1,500, which was paid by the plaintiff, W.
