MILLER, Justice:
This is an appeal by the defendant below, INCO Alloys International, Inc. (INCO), from a judgment, entered on March 5, 1991, by the Circuit Court of Cabell County, which affirmed a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiffs below, all former INCO employees, in an action for breach of their contracts of employment. The jury found that INCO had terminated the plaintiffs’ employment in violation of implied contractual seniority rights.
