The appellant, Sharon S. Adkins, appeals from a decision of the Circuit Court of Kana-wha County reversing the granting of unemployment compensation benefits to the appellant by the Board of Review of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security (Board of Review). The appellant filed a writ of certiorari requesting this Court reverse the decision of the circuit court and reinstate the decision of the Board of Review.
