The United States of America brings this action pursuant to the Fair Housing Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. § 3614(a). The United States alleges that defendants have engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination on the basis of race, color, and familial status at the Marsten Apartments, located in Allen Park, Michigan.
