Suit was brought to invalidate four change of zoning ordinances adopted by the City of Colleyville. The ordinances were challenged on the grounds that certain proceedings leading to their adoption were not held in compliance with statutory notice requirements. Appellants are Florence G. Eudaly and Noelle H. Cooney, residents of Colleyville. Appellees are the City of Col-leyville, defendants below and the Willard R. Baker Company, Bob Rockenbaugh and R.L.
