THIS IS a Chapter 7 case, and the matter under consideration is the dischargeability vel non of a debt allegedly owed by Billy Crosswhite (Debtor) to Robert E. Lee (Plaintiff) the Plaintiff who instituted this adversary proceeding. The claim of non-dischargeability is asserted in a three count Complaint.
