| ^STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff in this matter, Elizabeth Lassi-ter Bains, seeks reversal of the trial court’s decision granting the defendant’s exception of no cause or right of action. We reverse and remand.

FACTS

Early in Ms. Bains’ career, she was employed as a fundraiser for a non-profit organization, and earned a reputation for good work. For family reasons, she had to leave that employment.
